The Christmas party is back. It’s that time of year again, it’s time to get the invites out—who, what, where, and when!

This year it isn’t riddled with worry and doubt but laughter, happiness and something to shout about.

Whether your whole company is there, or your teams do their own thing, the Christmas party is back in full swing.

Team building events are vital to all, however, it’s very important not to wait for snow to fall!

The Christmas party is a great opportunity alright, a chance to dazzle, and a chance to delight.

But beware of the Christmas goblins that try to steal your employees’ inhibitions away; you’re still responsible for their behaviour, at night as well as during the day!

You’ll find no one else that loves a party as much as we do; by the time December comes around, we are well overdue!

We love a good song, a laugh and a dance, just as much as Santa’s reindeer love to prance!

We thank you for reading our rhyme, it was a delight, Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Although we might be amateur rhymers, we are experts in HR.

As we see the Great Resignation, and employees leaving not just because of money, but because of company culture, it is vital to encourage team building events like the Christmas party.

However, it is important to have your head on a swivel. Christmas parties are a great way for employees to blow off steam, but things can get out of hand sometimes.

Obviously, your employees are responsible for their own behaviour. However, as an employer you could be found liable for their inappropriate actions. Make sure to let your employees know what’s expected of them.
