Chartered MCIPD qualified, Liz has over 20 years’ experience in HR.  She is passionate about shaping people strategies that deliver both cultural and commercial impact and is proud to head a team that partners with organisations to create thriving workplaces.

Liz has supported companies across a wide range of industries and sectors, building long-lasting relationships based on trust and results. With strong expertise in employment law, policy development, training, and behavioural profiling, she is also a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex people challenges.

She is particularly passionate about employee development, change management, and helping organisations improve performance by investing in individuals and teams. Her approach combines commercial focus with genuine care — putting the heart into HR and the pounds on the bottom line.

As MD, Liz is committed to driving the growth and success of the consultancy, ensuring clients benefit from innovative, pragmatic, and people-focused solutions.

Liz enjoys time with family and friends, exercising, and walking her dog – often undoing the good work with good food and a glass of French rose!

Lizzi is an experienced HR professional with an MSc in HR Management with over a decade of experience in the public sector, before joining Hallidays HR. She thrives on the variety her role brings (no two days are ever the same) and she particularly enjoys working alongside managers to deliver training that builds skills and confidence.

Lizzi takes pride in supporting clients to resolve complex people matters in a clear, practical, and collaborative way. She is also motivated by coaching and development, helping leaders and teams to grow and ensuring businesses run smoothly and effectively.

Her expertise covers a broad range of HR practices, with particular strengths in change management, restructuring, and redundancies. Known for her approachable style and ability to quickly build strong working relationships, Lizzi is dedicated to making a positive difference for both businesses and their people.

Lizzi enjoys going on holidays with her husband and spending time with family and friends, usually over a glass of prosecco!

Rachel has now successfully completed her CIPD Level 3 qualification and HR apprenticeship, marking an important milestone in her professional development. Achieving this qualification reflects her strong interest in people management and her commitment to building a career in HR. She has combined the knowledge gained through her studies with her extensive administrative experience to develop a strong foundation in delivering practical, people-focused HR support.

Rachel has over 17 years of administration experience, with a background in the Events and Travel Industry. Her keen attention to detail, alongside exceptional planning and organisational skills, has consistently supported high standards and smooth operations throughout her career. Rachel is used to delivering excellence in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. She is adept at managing multiple priorities with ease and professionalism.

Rachel is kept busy outside of work with her 3 young children, but when she does have some free time she enjoys shopping, playing netball and the odd glass of prosecco. Rachel loves football and has had a Manchester United season ticket for 25 years.

Chloé is an experienced HR professional with over 10 years’ experience across both internal HR roles and HR consultancy. She holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and a Postgraduate Certificate in HR Policy and Practice, and is currently studying towards her CIPD Level 5 qualification. Her career includes working in a variety of in-house HR positions across sectors such as manufacturing, fitness, and events, alongside three years in HR consultancy specialising in employment law and employee relations. Most recently, Chloé worked as a standalone HR Manager before joining Hallidays HR.

Chloé enjoys working closely with business owners and managers, providing clear, practical HR advice that helps them navigate people matters with confidence. She takes pride in supporting clients through complex employee relations issues in a collaborative way, offering tailored advice that reflects each client’s commercial priorities, risk appetite, and people objectives.

Enthusiastic about building confidence through coaching, Chloé is passionate about supporting leaders to develop their skills and capability as People Managers.

Outside of work, Chloé enjoys fitness, time with family and travelling to new places. Although you will often find her at soft play with her daughter or in search of a flat white!
